SUMMER PROGRAM 2026 EARLY BIRD SPECIAL

We’re getting ready to welcome kids back for another great summer at the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi‑Desert!

Pre‑registration is now open — this lets families express interest in a spot for their child. Please note: this early bird special will ONLY last until April 15th,2026.

During the now between April15th, we’ll contact families who pre‑register with details on how to officially register and pay to secure their child’s place in the program.

Key Program Info

  • Capacity: 120 spots for all-day care.

  • Annual Membership Fee: $25 (if you are a new member ONLY)

  • Monthly Summer Program Care: $225 per child, $175 per sibling (Early Bird Special ONLY)

  • After April 15th: $250 per child, $200 per sibling

How It Works

  1. Fill out the pre‑registration form (below).

  2. We’ll review interest and determine available spots.

  3. Invitations to complete registration and payment will go out before April 15th.

  4. If spots fill, we’ll start a waitlist and keep families informed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Does pre‑registration guarantee my child a spot?

No. Pre‑registration lets us know you are interested. Because space is limited (120), spots will be offered based on availability and priority.

2. How will you decide who gets a spot?

Priority will be given to:

  • Returning members in good standing

  • Siblings of currently enrolled members

  • If more families pre‑register than spots available, we will use a lottery system to ensure fairness.

3. When will I know if my child has a spot?

We will contact all families who pre‑register during the weeks of February 12th through April 15th. If offered a spot, you’ll receive instructions on how to complete registration and submit payment.

4. What is the cost of the program?

  • Annual Membership Fee: $25 (covers the year 2026, if you already have paid you do not need to pay again)

  • Early-bird Summer Program: $225 per child, per month until April 15th ($175 per sibling)

  • Summer Program: $250 per child, per month ($200 per sibling)

5. Can I sign up for one session only?

Yes, you may only need us for one session of summer and that is okay!

6. When does the program start?

  • June/July Session: June 8th through July 3rd

  • July/August Session: July 6th through August 7th

7. Are scholarships available?

No. At this time, scholarships or sliding‑scale fees are not available.

8. What happens if my child is waitlisted?

If spots open during the summer, we will contact families on the waitlist in order of the lottery process and priority guidelines.
